// Privacy notice

What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.

Last updated · 15 May 2026

Plain language, no dark patterns. This page covers only the data you might give us on this landing site — the product app at eksamilohe.ee will have its own, longer notice.

Who runs this site

This landing page is operated by Linnutee lapsed, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for anything you submit here. Privacy questions go to hi@eksamilohe.ee.

What we collect

On the waitlist form, the only personal data we collect is what you give us:

  • Your email address.
  • The role you pick (student, parent, teacher, or school / ministry).
  • The country code you pick.
  • Your IP address, briefly — only to rate-limit submissions, and never stored long-term.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use your email and country to send one message — a notification when the Exam Dragon closed beta opens in your country. The role helps us shape the welcome flow. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing from any email we send, or by writing hi@eksamilohe.ee.

Who else sees this data

We share your data only with the technical processors that help us run the service:

  • Resend (resend.com) stores your waitlist contact and sends the welcome email. EU and US infrastructure, bound by standard contractual clauses.
  • Vercel (vercel.com) hosts this page and serves it from EU regions. Vercel Web Analytics gives us aggregate visit counts without cookies and without profiling individual visitors.

We never sell your data, never share it with advertising networks, and never enrich it with data from other sources.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until the public launch of Exam Dragon is complete in your country (expected by end of 2027) — whichever comes first. After that, contact records are deleted within 30 days. You can ask us to delete sooner; see your rights below.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have it corrected if it's wrong.
  • Have it deleted.
  • Restrict or object to its processing.
  • Receive it in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, write hi@eksamilohe.ee. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) if you believe we are handling your data unlawfully.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are both cookieless — they send anonymous, aggregate performance metrics, not per-visitor tracking.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice if our processors or practices change. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent revision; older versions are available on request.
